how this whole thing works

Lifecycle Basecamp is a focused, 1-month partnership with clear deliverables. I work async-first and dedicate approximately 8–10 hours per week to your engagement; this isn't a full-time embedded role, it's senior-level strategic and execution support focused on building the right things, well. We'll have regular check-ins to stay aligned, and I plug into your existing tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, etc.) so collaboration is seamless.

Month 1 is the core: foundation, programs, and your ops manual. I'm your de facto lifecycle marketer, setting up the infrastructure, launching your first programs, and documenting everything into a system your future hire can run.
If you want to keep going, Month 2 shifts focus to hiring support: building your JD blueprint, creating a 30/60/90 plan, and helping you find and evaluate the right person. Month 2 is optional and scoped based on your needs and hiring goals.

Lifecycle Basecamp is designed specifically for companies starting from zero, who know lifecycle can have a long-lasting impact, but haven't built it out. We focus on building the foundation, launching the first programs, and equipping your team with everything you'll need to bring on a full-time hire who can take it from there (and do it well!).

At the end of Basecamp, you'll have: your lifecycle foundation defined and documented, 2–3 core lifecycle programs built and running in your MAP, and a lifecycle ops manual custom to your business and your customers.
Everything is built to be owned and run by your future hire (not dependent on me being around). If you need help with hiring your first lifecycle marketer, we can work together on a custom JD blueprint for your first lifecycle marketing hire, a 30/60/90 day plan to set them up for success, and hands-on hiring support.

Final pricing depends on your company's needs and complexity (things like the number of programs we're building, the state of your current tech stack, and how much foundational work is needed). We'll nail down the scope and investment together before kicking off so there are no surprises.
The core partnership gives us enough time to lay the foundation, build and launch your core programs, and document everything into an ops manual your future hire can truly own.
If you need or want help hiring your first lifecycle marketer, we can continue partnering together on hiring support, which is scoped and priced separately based on your hiring timeline and needs.
This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it engagement, though. The best results come when we're partnering closely; I'll need a clear point of contact on your team who can make decisions, share context on your customers and product, and keep things moving. I bring the lifecycle expertise; you bring the institutional knowledge. That's what makes the programs we build actually fit your business instead of feeling generic!

Lifecycle Basecamp is not a fit if you already have a lifecycle marketer and need consulting, if you want an ongoing fractional hire to own lifecycle indefinitely, or if you're not sure lifecycle is a priority yet.
Lifecycle Basecamp is also not the best fit for larger organizations with established marketing teams; the engagement is designed for smaller teams building lifecycle for the first time, not scaling an existing function.
If that sounds more like your situation, my fractional and consulting services are probably a better match :)

There are a few things it'll be handy to have in place!
A marketing automation platform (or budget to implement one); I work across tools like Intercom, Customer.io, HubSpot, Pardot, and others.
A clear point of contact on your team who can make decisions, provide context on customers and product, and keep things moving.
Having an ops resource (either in-house or contracted) is a major advantage going in. If you don't have one yet, that's okay, but you'll want to plan for ops support to maintain and scale what we build together. I can connect you with someone from my network if needed.

I act as a true extension of your team; not an external consultant who drops in and out. I work asynchronously with your tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Drive, etc.) and meet regularly for strategy, updates, and feedback. You'll always know what's in motion and what's next.
