Welcome to Lifecycle Basecamp
You know you need lifecycle. You just don't have it yet.
And every month without it, leads go cold, campaigns lose momentum, and opportunity slips. Most companies in this spot either rush to hire and hope for the best, finagle programs in their CRM, or push lifecycle off while the gaps grow. You could keep waiting...or you could start building now.Welcome to Lifecycle Basecamp 🐴

Lifecycle Basecamp is a different kind of path forward.
Lifecycle Basecamp gets you from "we need lifecycle" to "lifecycle is working" — so your first hire inherits a system, not a to-do list. I step in as your strategic lifecycle partner, building the foundation, launching the programs that matter most, and documenting everything into a system your future hire can own from day one.
What’s the gist?
Basecamp starts with a lifecycle foundation—the core structure that ensures everything we build is measurable, repeatable, and aligned with your customers and your growth goals. Then, we build 2–3 of the core programs below based on where your biggest gaps are, and which matter most for your business right now.
Onboarding & Activation
Get new customers to value faster. Build the programs that turn signups into engaged users who stick around.
Database Nurture
Activate what's already sitting in your CRM. Stop letting high-potential leads and valuable contacts gather dust, and start moving them toward sales-ready conversations.
Campaign Motion
Stop letting campaign leads go cold. Build a repeatable post-campaign program/motion so the demand you're already generating doesn't die after a form fill.
Retention & Engagement
Say goodbye to your middle problem . Build the programs that keep existing customers engaged between purchase and renewal, and re-engage the ones who've gone quiet.
Saddle up—your lifecycle marketing journey starts here.
What you walk away with
🐎 Foundation + programs built and running in your MAP—so lifecycle is actually working for your business from day one of your new hire's tenure, not something they spend their first 6 months trying to figure out
🐎 A lifecycle ops manual built around your business, your customers, and your growth stage—the actual operating system your future lifecycle hire will run. Not a generic playbook.
🐎 A JD blueprint for your first lifecycle marketing hire, based on what the role actually needs now that the function exists, and how lifecycle needs to function to serve your business (and it’s customers).
🐎 A 30/60/90 day plan for that hire, so they walk into a role that's ready for them—not a blank slate. We prep your new hire so they’re set up for success from day one.
How this whole thing works
-
This is a focused, 3-month engagement with clear deliverables.
I work async-first and dedicate approximately 8–10 hours per week to your engagement — this isn't a full-time embedded role, it's senior-level strategic and execution support focused on building the right things, well. We'll have regular check-ins to stay aligned, and I plug into your existing tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, etc.) so collaboration is seamless.
-
Month 1 is foundation and build — I'm your de facto lifecycle marketer, setting up the infrastructure and launching the first programs.
Months 2–3 continue building, optimizing, and documenting everything into your ops manual and hiring blueprints.
After the initial 3 months, we can continue month-to-month if there's more to build or if you want support through the hiring process.
But the core engagement is designed to stand on its own—when it's done, you have a functioning lifecycle engine and everything you need to bring someone in to own it.
-
I take on a maximum of 2 Basecamp engagements at a time. Sounds like a small number, but this gives us the chance to truly build out the foundation for your biz (and your first lifecycle hire).
Who is this
designed for?
B2B companies at the growth stage (maybe you’re a Series A/B or an SMB hitting an inflection point) that know they need lifecycle but don't have anyone owning it today. You're committed to building this function for real, and ideally you're planning to hire a full-time lifecycle marketer within the next 6-9 months.
Some frequently asked q’s
-
There are a few things it’ll be handy to have in place!
A marketing automation platform (or budget to implement one)—I work across tools like Intercom, Customer.io, HubSpot, Pardot, and others.
A clear point of contact on your team who can make decisions, provide context on customers and product, and keep things moving.
Having an ops resource—either in-house or contracted—is a major advantage going in. If you don't have one yet, that's okay, but you'll want to plan for ops support to maintain and scale what we build together. I can connect you with someone from my network if needed.
-
Lifecycle Basecamp is not a fit if you already have a lifecycle marketer and need consulting, if you want an ongoing fractional hire to own lifecycle indefinitely, or if you're not sure lifecycle is a priority yet.
I offer other services for fractional lifecycle if you need help! :)
-
Lifecycle Basecamp is designed specifically for companies starting from zero, who know lifecycle can have a long-lasting impact, but haven’t built it out. We focus on building the foundation, launching the first programs, and equipping your team with everything you’ll need to bring on a full-time hire who can take it from there (and do it well!).
-
Lifecycle Basecamp is $9,000 USD per month for 3 months. Tight scope, clear deliverables.
-
No worries! We can continue month-to-month if there's more to build or if you want support through the hiring process. This can include mentoring your lifecycle marketing hire, too.
-
I act as a true extension of your team—not an external consultant who drops in and out. I work asynchronously with your tools (Slack, Notion, Asana, Google Drive, etc.) and meet regularly for strategy, updates, and feedback. You’ll always know what’s in motion and what’s next.
