I start by understanding your product, goals, audiences, and customer journey. This includes reviewing your existing campaigns and programs, along with your buyer personas, existing messaging/positioning, and lifecycle channels.
We then work closely together to build your lifecycle motion from the ground, up. We’ll develop your key lifecycle programs, flows, and campaigns tailored to every stage of your customer journey. -
